Allow us to introduce you to your TWNAF country coordinator(s): Neroshan Perera! Neroshan Perera is deeply passionate about seeing transformation on a national level in Sri Lanka. He has served in various leadership positions in churches, ministries and non-profit organisations over the past 26 years, particularly in crisis situations such as the aftermath of the 2004 tsunami and has been very involved in the reconciliation process after the 30-year civil war, which ended in 2009.

The first training was held in February 2013 with 15 leaders.

Over 1000 men have been trained, and around 140 are in the process of being developed as Master Mentors. There are 14 regions that are currently active within the country.

Trainings have been done in schools, prisons, churches, and in the corporate sector.

We aim to have 350 trained and reliable master mentors within the next 3 years.
